Franklin Method 30-minute workshops are a great way to finish a day or right before evening movement class! Laura will guide you through highly focused weekly topics on ways to move and feel better. If you’ve done a full workshop with Laura, some of the 30-minute workshops will help you fine tune and refresh a specific idea you’ve already learned or learn a brand-new topic you haven’t been exposed to. Knee: The Menisci
Sometimes, even the thought of the Meniscus could be a source of wincing or pain, but what do we really know about them? The menisci are dynamic cartilaginous joints, providing flexibility, stability, and force absorption for the knee joint. In this class, we will learn the anatomy and function of the menisci and embody their movements to help feel springier and more cushioned in the knee joint. Say YES to happy knees!
