Franklin Method® 30-minute weekly classes on Zoom

Franklin Method® Classes with Laura! Get yourself moving gently and effectively with these easy on the body exercises incorporating anatomy, imagery, balls or bands.

Exercises will include Franklin Method® approved movements that encourages dynamic stability and a deeper understanding of how the body moves with anatomy and imagery use.

For balls or bands classes, start with an easy-going warm-up that will lead into higher intensity, yet low impact on the body workout and finish with a calming cool down. Great for all body types and movers. Let’s get moving and moving well!

Laura highly recommends the 11ft Franklin Method® Band or any TheraBand style band that is 11ft.

Laura highly recommends the Orange Smooth air-filled Franklin Balls (two of them) or any soft air-filled ball that fits in the palm of your hand.

  • 30-minute Weekly with Laura: Sundays, 7:00-7:30pm PT

  • Bands Class with Laura: Mondays, 8:00-8:30pm PT

  • Relaxing Balls Class with Laura: Tuesdays, 8:30-9:00pm PT

  • Balls Class with Laura: Thursday 8:00-8:30pm PT
